Gearmarket sales conditions

Payments can be made by credit card. Customers from Baltic States and Finland can also pay via bank link from a list of selected local banks. It is also possible to pay by wire transfer. Please contact us for receiving a pro-forma invoice.
For payments made by credit card or bank link on the Gearmarket webstore, Gearmarket will e-mail invoice within two days of making purchase.
Condition of items
Gearmarket sells used and B-stock inventory. B-stock inventory is new or little used. The condition of a specific product is described on the product page.
Our aim is to give to the customer detailed overview of the condition of the available items. If you would like to get more detailed information about a product, please ask us.
After receiving a purchase order, we will double check the condition of the item. If it coincides with advertised condition, we will e-mail invoice and information about shipping schedule.
If we detect that the purchased item does not coincide with advertised condition, we will offer the customer possibilities to rectify the shortages, option to buy the proudct with discounted price or get a refund.
You can order international transport from checkout page of Gearmarket. We calculate the cost of delivery based on shipment weight. We do not add margin to the shipping costs and continue to update the rates in order to have them as precise as possible. All orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Shipments to Estonia are delivered to the customer within 10 days and international shipments in 21 days.
Cancelling an order
It is possible to cancel your order if the order has not yet been processed. If you wish to do so, please let us know by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number together with bank account details. Your payment will be returned by bank transfer within 30 days and transfer costs will be deducted from the returned amount.
Returning delivered goods
If you have already received your order and wish to return it for some reason, then you can do it within 14 days of receiving the purchased items. If you wish to make a return, please inform us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and ship the returned goods to Gearmarket Ltd, Järveotsa tee 50A, 13520, Tallinn, Estonia. We will return your payment in 30 days starting from the date of receiving the returned items. Bank transfer and shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment. Gearmarket does not compensate shipping cost of returning items to us.
Condition of returned goods will be checked at reception. If the condition is worse compared to when the item was sold, then it is the buyer's obligation to compensate the amount of value depreciation of the product in question. Gearmarket has right to make a claim for condition depreciation compensation in 30 days from the date when the returned goods are received back at Gearmarket.
Gearmarket has right to change the prices and availability of goods without prior notice. Gearmarket has right to refuse from fulfilling an order if the product had already been sold by another sales channel or if there was a mistake with the product listing on our website. In this occasion, we will inform the customer and if order has already been paid, we will return payment immediately.
